Customer Requirements Definition
- Custom material requirements defined by customer.
- Requirements description - required material properties, material preferences, application planned, customer manufacture capabilities.

Custom Material Design
- Development of unique composite formulations to meet precise mechanical, thermal, and chemical requirements.
- Integration with functional add-ons, nanomaterials, bio-based fibres, rare-earth metals, and other advanced components to enhance material properties.
- We use commercial "off the shelf" or unique base materials to meet customer serial production price targets.

Prototyping
- 4D Fusion system inserts preparation in different variations of saturation and gradation of additives,
- Rapid prototyping is done by printing using 3D and 4D additive manufacturing techniques.
- Prototyping using one of available 4D Fusion techniques: classical 2,5D print, pouring, foaming, smearing or sedimentation.

- Comprehensive testing, including mechanical, thermal, and environmental assessments, ensures compliance with required standards. We cooperate in materials testing with for example Military University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology, and Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals in Gliwice.
